Since its modernisation, Messe Essen is a different venue from the one exhibitors used to know. Eighteen winding halls became eight large ones on a single level, complemented by a glass foyer of around 2,000 square metres at the eastern entrance. The total area stayed at roughly 110,000 square metres, while the distances between halls became noticeably shorter.
For stand construction, the single level is the decisive point: delivery and build-up run at ground level, with no lifts and no transfers between floors. That pays off wherever heavy goods reach the stand, for instance with the vehicles and systems at security essen. IPM, by contrast, revolves around living plants, where water, light and a climate that keeps the goods fresh across four days matter most. We plan for both from the outset.
Essen is around 230 kilometres from the Rhine-Main region via the A3. Your stand is built in our workshop, trial-assembled there and driven to the grounds with our own fleet. Design, construction and installation stay with the same contact.
