NiroS at the IFFA.

The requirement was clearly stated: a stand that is anything but standard, with a refined, technical look and none of the typical trade fair construction character. We were entrusted with the complete technical realisation and production of this extraordinary stand concept, demonstrating what is possible in the interplay of design and structural engineering.

The solution was a deep-black, opaque shell that dramatically highlights brand and exhibits through precisely deployed light. For long-term use we built modular walls, backing their metal framework with a delicate mesh fabric and fitting the front with LED strips. Finely tuned via a controller, this creates impressive, dynamic light patterns.

The biggest technical challenge was the suspended LED wall in the front area of the stand, at once design element, room divider and eye-catcher. This construction, too, came from our own workshop. Since its first use in 2019 the stand has been continuously developed: with the Aluvision system the wall surface gained a high-quality textile banner, and the floor was upgraded with a continuous Uni-Gripp system.

This project exemplifies our ambition not just to build trade fair concepts but to keep thinking them further. Its sustainable, efficient use over several years proves that high-quality execution, modular construction and continuous development go hand in hand, very much in the spirit of the NiroS brand.
