Simpson Strong-Tie at Dach+Holz.

Dach+Holz brings together carpenters, roofers and timber construction professionals, a demanding trade audience. Simpson Strong-Tie did not simply want to lay out products here, but to make its technical expertise tangible and create a place for in-depth professional exchange. The stand was to be generous, communicative and an experience space at the same time.

At the centre of the floor stand we placed a striking cabin tower that houses meeting rooms and gives the stand vertical presence. An inviting hospitality counter became the meeting point where conversations started almost by themselves. Carefully placed product presentations supported this communication concept.

The two highlights of the stand: an oversized exhibit as an eye-catcher visible from afar, and an interactive VR experience that let visitors walk through a machine virtually and explore it from the inside. The exhibition stand thus became a platform for expert talks and a genuine experience space at the same time.

The mix of open hospitality, clear product staging and a spectacular VR experience kept visitors on the stand and created ideal conditions for in-depth expert conversations. Simpson Strong-Tie presented itself as an innovative partner to the timber construction industry, experienced rather than merely explained.
