Every exhibition project starts with a date. To make that first step simple, this website now hosts a trade fair calendar covering 374 dates from 2026 to 2032, filtered by venue and by industry. Open it today and you also see the shows that come around several years from now.

374 trade fair dates from 2026 to 2032

The new trade fair calendar covers 82 shows across nine German venues: Frankfurt, Nuremberg, Stuttgart, Munich, Berlin, Düsseldorf, Hamburg, Hanover and Cologne. Together they add up to 374 dates through 2032.

That range spans several cycles. Many leading shows run every two or three years, so seeing the edition after next lets you settle budget, stand concept and staffing well ahead of time.

Past dates drop off the list automatically. What stays on screen is the next edition ahead of you.

Filter by venue and by industry

Two filters narrow the list in seconds. The venue filter shows every event at one location, for example the full programme on the Frankfurt exhibition grounds.

The industry filter covers nine sectors, among them construction and trades, industry and engineering, IT and electronics, food and hospitality, and mobility and vehicles. It also surfaces shows that suit your product and have stayed off your radar so far.

25 dates for the 2026 season

Twenty-five dates carry a confirmed schedule for the current year. Among them: Automechanika in Frankfurt from 8 to 12 September 2026, InnoTrans in Berlin from 22 to 25 September 2026, Formnext in Frankfurt from 17 to 20 November 2026, and MEDICA in Düsseldorf from 16 to 19 November 2026.

Where an organiser has yet to publish the exact days, the calendar shows the usual month. That is enough to block the period in your annual plan, and the precise date follows as soon as the organiser confirms it.

Lead time buys design freedom

Stand building rewards early decisions. Book early and you choose from the better floor space, since corner, head and island positions go first.

Design gains as well: time for the concept, the 3D visualisation, material choices and the approval documents each organising body asks for. Every extra month of lead time pays off in impact, budget control and on-time delivery.

Exhibitors with several shows a year also spot early which appearances one modular stand can cover.

Plan your exhibition year

Open the trade fair calendar, filter by your industry or your preferred city, and mark the dates for the next two years. That shortlist becomes the basis for budget and stand planning.

Once your dates are set, we are happy to talk through concept, floor space and delivery.
